Organization of the school > Important practical informations

The school will start at 9:45am (welcome words, first lecture starts at 10am) on Monday the 4th, and end at 4pm (last session ends at 15:30, and final coffee break up to 4pm) on Friday the 8th.

A registration deck will be open on Monday from 8:30 to 9:30am at the venue.

 The school will consist in lectures in the morning, and practical tutorials either as separate sessions, or during the lectures.

For the tutorials, you will need your own laptop. Wifi will be provided. More details on laptop and code setups will be given later.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CORONAVIRuS PANDEMICS:

We will ensure and follow the latest recommendations by the French Government for organizing meetings.

At the day of wiriting, masks during the lectures will not be needed.

To enter the facilities, you will need the French Vaccinal Pass. More details can be found here.

In short, you will need to have either one of the three followings items:

1. vaccine certification (full course of vaccination, booster dose within the allocated period for people aged 18 years and 1 month who are eligible) ;

2. recovery certificate more than 11 days and less than four months old;

3. certificate of contraindication to vaccination.

Vaccination means with all vaccines authorized by EU.
